My passion is helping people rediscover happiness, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives.

Through compassionate coaching and tools from Access Consciousness®, including the Clearing Statement and empowering questions like “What else is possible?”, I support people in becoming more aware of their choices and the power they truly have to create change.

I believe that healing begins with coming back to yourself — your truth, your body, your energy, and your inner knowing.

Life brought me to the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, where I have had the honor of working with individuals, families, wellness centers, medical professionals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

I am the founder of Rebuild Self LLC and co-founder of Change Your Life Retreats LLC.

As a Compassion Coach, I lovingly support people moving through trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions, helping them reconnect with their strength and move beyond the obstacles that may be holding them back.

My mission is simple:
to empower people with practical tools that remind them they always have choice. Every second of life is a new choice.

I believe in nourishing the body with kindness, movement, awareness, and food that supports healing from within.To me, true wellness begins with self- kindness. Compassion is not weakness. Kindness is not allowing others to walk over you.
True power comes from awareness, choice, and trusting that something greater is always possible.
